MemoHoney ships to U.S. addresses unless the sales page says otherwise. Packs of 3 or 6 bottles travel free; on 2 bottles a delivery charge is added at checkout. Where does MemoHoney ship?
To addresses in the United States. That is the market the sales page prices and the free delivery offer are written for.
Parcels leave from a U.S. location, unless a note on the sales page names another origin when you buy. The free delivery on bigger packs is a U.S. offer. If you live elsewhere, read the section on other countries below before you pay.

What is the MemoHoney delivery time?
Nobody has published one. Rather than guess a number of days, we send you to the live tracking page.
Carriers, distance and the day you order all change the wait. A range we cannot back would only mislead you. The carrier page linked from your confirmation email is the one source that knows.
Phone +1 (302) 200-3480 if the tracking has not moved for several days, if no order email arrived, or if the parcel shows as delivered but is not there. Have your order ID ready.
The 60-day refund window counts from the purchase date, not the delivery date. A slow parcel uses up part of that window, so open the box and check it soon after it lands.

Search your inbox for the order receipt sent after checkout. Look in spam and promotions folders too.

Write it down. Every question about the parcel, a change or a refund starts with that number.

It shows the carrier's scans. If the link is not live yet, the parcel may still be getting packed.

Can MemoHoney be sent outside the United States?
Ask the order desk before you order. The sales page offer we checked is written for U.S. delivery.
We have no published list of countries, rates or delivery times outside the U.S. So we cannot promise that an order to Canada, the U.K. or Australia will go through, or what it would cost.

Problems
MemoHoney box crushed, parcel lost or seal torn: what now?
Leave a bottle with a torn or absent seal closed, because the label rules out using it. Then phone the order desk.
The caution panel tells you not to use a bottle whose seal is harmed or gone. Keep it closed and to one side until the order desk says what to do with it.
Crushed box or leaking bottle
Take photos of the box, the label and the seal before you throw anything away. Then call with your order ID.
Marked delivered, nothing there
Ask next door and at any front desk or mail room. Still nothing? Ring the desk that same day.
Wrong count or wrong product
Count the bottles against your pack and read the label. A real bottle says MemoHoney and 30 capsules. Call if it does not match.

When will my MemoHoney order arrive?
We cannot give a date, because the sales page publishes no delivery window. Follow the carrier link in your confirmation email instead. If the scans stop for several days, ring +1 (302) 200-3480 and quote your order number. The refund window counts from purchase, so open the box promptly.
Can I order MemoHoney from Canada?
We cannot confirm it. The prices and free delivery we checked are for U.S. addresses. Call the order desk before ordering and ask whether Canada is served, what delivery costs and how a return from Canada would work.
Where do I find my MemoHoney tracking number?
It comes in the confirmation email from checkout, as a carrier link. Lost the email? Search spam folders, then phone +1 (302) 200-3480. Our website inbox has no access to orders or parcels. The link can take a little while to go live after checkout.
What does delivery cost for the MemoHoney 2-bottle pack?
We cannot quote it: the fee appears only on the order form, never on the sales page. Read the total before you confirm. Three or six bottles avoid the charge, since both travel free within the U.S. For U.S. orders, the 2-bottle pack is the only one with a delivery charge.
My MemoHoney parcel shows delivered but never came. What now?
Look around your door and ask nearby first. If it is still missing, phone +1 (302) 200-3480 that day and give the order number, so the desk can raise it with the carrier. Keep any carrier notice and a photo of where it should have been left.
Can I change my MemoHoney delivery address after ordering?
Call the order desk as soon as you notice the mistake. It handles order changes, but once a parcel has left, an address change may no longer be possible. Have the order number and the corrected address ready, and ask for written confirmation.
Do the MemoHoney bonus e-books come in the box?
