MemoHoney Batch Verify: Check Your Lot Code and Your Bottle
The lot (MEM-26/ME-7725) and the CoA reference (MEM-7725-26-ME) are tracking numbers the seller uses; neither one is a lab result. To check a bottle, confirm the seal is intact, read any codes on the base, and match the label: MemoHoney, seven lines with amounts, 30 capsules, distributed by Instituto Experience, Ogden, UT. Honey or extra ingredients on the panel mean a different product.

Reference codes
Do MemoHoney lot and CoA codes prove anything about testing?
No. They help the seller keep track of stock. A lab test of your capsules is a separate thing, and none has been published.
| Lot code | MEM-26/ME-7725 |
|---|---|
| CoA reference | MEM-7725-26-ME |
| Where the bottle shows codes | On the base, when printed |
| What the codes are | Seller reference codes for matching stock and orders |
| Lab named | Not published |
| CoA document | Not published |
A certificate of analysis (CoA) is normally a lab report that lists test results for a batch. Here we only have a reference number, not the report. Think of it like a receipt number: useful for finding a record, silent on what the record says.
The order desk alone can tie a code to a shipment. Phone +1 (302) 200-3480, give your order ID, then read out the code from your bottle. The testing and quality page lists which quality records exist and which are missing.
The real label
What does a genuine MemoHoney label look like laid flat?
One wrap with directions and cautions on the left, the brand in the middle and Supplement Facts on the right.

Turn your bottle slowly and read it left to right, the way the flat image runs. Every part of the wrap should appear on your bottle in the same order. A line-by-line transcription sits on the Supplement Facts page.
Five minutes
What should you inspect on a new MemoHoney bottle?
Six quick looks, best done the day the parcel arrives and before you break the seal.
Look at the seal first
Before you twist the cap, check the safety seal. The label says: "Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing."
Turn the bottle over
Lot and best-before codes sit on the base when the bottle shows them. Write them down next to your order ID.
Read the front band
Expect the MemoHoney wordmark, "ADVANCED MEMORY SUPPORT*", the Focus, Clarity and Energy icons, "30 CAPSULES" and "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT".
Count the panel lines
Supplement Facts should list seven lines, each with its own amount per capsule. No blend, no honey.
Find the distributor
The side panel should name Instituto Experience, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404.
Check the capsule
A vegetable (hypromellose) capsule, one per serving, thirty per bottle.
Do the check on every bottle in a 3 or 6-bottle order, not just the first one.

Seal problems
What if the MemoHoney safety seal is torn or missing?
Do not take the capsules. The label itself says not to use the bottle.
Leave the bottle closed
Do not open it to look inside. A sealed but damaged bottle is easier to return.
Take two photos
One of the seal, one of the base. Clear photos save a second call.
Call the order desk
Phone +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. Ask whether they want the bottle back or a photo is enough.
Keep the outer box and packing slip until the problem is closed. If the parcel itself arrived crushed or wet, say so on the same call.

Order nowMismatches
What if your bottle does not match the MemoHoney label?
Treat it as a different product until the order desk says otherwise. Some gaps matter more than others.
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Honey, honey powder or royal jelly on the panel | A different product. The MemoHoney formula has no honey. | Do not take it; call the desk |
| Ingredients beyond the seven lines | A different formula, whatever the name says | Do not take it; call the desk |
| "Proprietary blend" with one total | Not the MemoHoney panel, which prints every amount | Do not take it; call the desk |
| Another distributor, or none | The label should name Instituto Experience, Ogden, UT | Photograph the panel; call the desk |
| Fewer than 30 capsules, or tablets or powder | Not the bottle described on the label | Photograph it; call the desk |
| No codes on the base | Not proof of a problem; codes appear when the bottle shows them | Mention it when you call |
Other products carry Memo- names and honey themes. A bottle that lists honey or a different ingredient set is not the capsule described on this site, even if the box looks alike.

Worked example
A worked example: checking a 3-bottle MemoHoney order
How the check looks in practice, start to finish.
- Order day
Save the order email. Note the order ID in your phone.
- Parcel arrives
Line up the three bottles. Check each seal before opening anything.
- Base codes
Two bottles show a lot code; one does not. Write down what you see, next to the order ID.
- Panel check
All three list the same seven lines and amounts and name Instituto Experience. Good to go.
- Optional call
Curious about the bottle without a code? Ask the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480. It is a question, not a complaint.

FAQ
MemoHoney lot and bottle questions
Does every MemoHoney bottle carry the same lot number?
Not necessarily. MEM-26/ME-7725 is the reference lot the seller gave us, and bottles from another run may carry another code. The order desk can tell you which lot shipped with your order.
Can I look up a MemoHoney lot number online?
We know of no public lookup. Phone +1 (302) 200-3480, the order desk, which can match a code to your shipment if you give it the order ID.
What does a damaged MemoHoney seal mean for my refund?
Do not use that bottle, as the label says. Call the order desk with your order ID and photos; it decides between a replacement and a refund. The 60-day window from purchase still applies, so call soon.
What if my MemoHoney bottle lists honey?
Then it is a different product. The MemoHoney capsule panel lists seven lines with no honey. Do not take it, photograph the panel and call the order desk.
Is a MemoHoney bottle without a code on the base fake?
Not by itself. Not every bottle carries printed base codes. Check the seal, the seven lines and the distributor instead, and ask the order desk if you are unsure.
How many capsules should a sealed MemoHoney bottle hold?
Thirty vegetable capsules, one per serving, which covers 30 days at the label's one-a-day directions. Count them only if something else about the bottle seems off.
