Memos-honey Privacy Policy: What This MemoHoney Shop Keeps, and What It Never Sees
Memos-honey runs memos-honey.com without user accounts and never takes payments on its own pages. MemoHoney orders and card details pass to the sales page checkout and its order desk, under their own policies. We see messages you email us, basic visit data and cookies. To access or delete your data, write to [email protected].

Scope
Who does the Memos-honey privacy policy apply to?
Anyone who reads or writes to memos-honey.com. Effective October 13, 2026.
Memos-honey is a U.S. shop that sells MemoHoney capsules through order links. We publish this website; we do not make the product.
The policy covers three things: the pages on memos-honey.com, the website inbox at [email protected], and any mail sent to our New York office. It does not cover the checkout, the order desk or any other company's site. Those businesses publish their own terms.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Memos-honey. "You" means any visitor, buyer or person who contacts us. Related rules for using the site sit in our terms.
What we collect
What personal information does memos-honey.com collect?
Very little. Most of what we hold comes from emails people choose to send.
| Type of data | Examples | Where it comes from | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Messages | Name, email address, your question, any files attached | You, when you write to the website inbox or mail a letter | To reply and to fix pages |
| Visit data | IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, the site that sent you | Your browser, through server logs and analytics | Security, error fixing, counting visits |
| Browser settings | A remembered filter or a closed notice | Small files stored in your own browser | So the site behaves the way you left it |
| Order-link clicks | Which button you pressed, which pack it pointed to | The link itself and referral cookies | So the seller can credit sales to us |
| Card numbers, passwords, shipping addresses | Not collected here | Entered at the sales page checkout instead | Not applicable |
We do not ask for health details. If you include them in an email, we use them only to answer you and then delete the message as described under retention below.
No sign-ups
Do you need an account on memos-honey.com?
No. There is no login, no saved profile and no password to protect.
Read without signing in
Every page opens to anyone. We never build a customer profile tied to your name.
Cards go to checkout
Order buttons send you to the MemoHoney sales page. Card and wallet details are typed there, not on our pages.

Your order
Who handles MemoHoney order and payment data?
The checkout on the sales page and the BuyGoods order desk, under their own privacy terms.
When you press an order button, you leave our site for the MemoHoney sales page. Your name, delivery address, email, phone and payment details are collected there. The order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 uses that record for tracking, changes and refunds.
We may receive limited sales reports, such as the fact that an order came through one of our links and which pack was chosen. That lets the seller pay us. We do not receive your card number, and we cannot change, cancel or refund an order.
- Order questions: the order desk, phone or [email protected]
- Refund steps: the refund policy page
- Questions about how the checkout stores your data: ask the order desk for its privacy terms
Cookies
Does memos-honey.com use cookies and analytics?
Yes, in a general and limited way. Here is what kinds you may meet and how to switch them off.
Needed to run the site
Basic files that keep pages loading quickly and securely. Blocking them may break small features.
Analytics
Counts of visits, pages and devices, used in totals. They show which answers people read, not who read them.
Referral cookies
Set when you click an order button, so a sale can be credited to us. The checkout side may set its own cookies too.
How to control them
- Clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works for reading.
- Turn on a Global Privacy Control signal. Where a state law requires it, we treat that signal as an opt-out request.
- Use a private window. Settings stored in it disappear when you close it.
Your rights
What privacy rights do U.S. state laws give you?
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, fix, move or erase your data, and to opt out of certain uses.
California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and several more states now grant residents privacy rights. The exact list depends on your state, but we honor these requests from any U.S. visitor where we reasonably can.
Write to the website inbox
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". Say what you want: a copy, a correction, deletion, or an opt-out.
Confirm it is you
We reply to the address you wrote from and may ask one or two questions to match the records. We never ask for a card number.
Get an answer
We respond within the time your state law sets, usually 45 days. If we need longer, we say why.
Appeal if you disagree
Reply with the word "Appeal" and we take a second look. If you are still unhappy, you may contact your state attorney general.
An authorized agent may act for you with your signed permission. Using a privacy right never changes the price you pay or the help you get.
Retention and safety
How long are Memos-honey records kept, and how are they secured?
Only as long as it serves a purpose. Pages load over an encrypted connection.
We keep emails until the question is closed and then for up to 24 months, in case the same issue comes back. Server logs and analytics are kept in summary form. We delete records sooner when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Access to the inbox is limited to the people who answer it. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, so please do not email card numbers or medical records.
Children
MemoHoney is not for anyone under 18 without a physician's advice, as the label says. memos-honey.com is not aimed at children. We never knowingly gather data from anyone under 13. A parent who thinks a child wrote to us can ask us to delete the message.
Updates and contact
How will changes to the privacy policy be announced?
We change the date at the top and describe major changes in plain words.
When the policy changes, the new version takes effect on the date shown. A big change, such as a new kind of data or a new partner, gets a short note at the top of the policy for at least 30 days.

FAQ
Privacy questions about memos-honey.com
Does memos-honey.com store my credit card number?
No. Payment happens on the MemoHoney sales page checkout, so your card details never pass through our pages or our inbox. Never send a card number by email to anyone claiming to be us.
Does Memos-honey sell my personal information?
Not for money, ever. Referral cookies let the seller credit orders to us, and you can block them in your browser or with a Global Privacy Control signal.
How do I ask Memos-honey to delete my data?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request" and say you want deletion. We confirm the request from the same address and answer within the time your state law allows.
Why did a cookie appear after I clicked a MemoHoney order button?
Order buttons carry a referral marker so the seller can credit the sale to this shop. The checkout may also set its own cookies, which its privacy terms cover.
Which privacy policy covers my MemoHoney order details?
The one published by the checkout company and its order desk. They collect your address and payment, while this policy covers only memos-honey.com and our inbox.
Do you keep the emails I send to the website?
Yes, until your question is closed and for up to 24 months afterward. Ask us and we will delete them sooner unless a law says we must keep them.
