Buyer reviews
MemoHoney reviews appear here only after the order desk ties each one to a real purchase, so the six slots are still open.
Order complaints go to +1 (302) 200-3480.

Review wall
Nothing yet. Each card below is a reserved slot, not a hidden review.
A slot holds one buyer's words once we can tie them to an order. Until then the card reads "Review slot N: fill in after the order is matched", where N runs from 1 to 6. The rating box fills in the same way, from matched reviews only.

Yellow fields are placeholders. We never type in a name, a score or a quote to fill the space.
Our process
Through the order desk, which can see purchases. Our website inbox cannot.
An email to the website inbox with the review, the pack bought and the days of use so far.
It is the only thing that links a person to a purchase. No ID, no slot.
The BuyGoods desk checks that the order exists and that the name on it matches the writer.
We fix spelling only. The buyer sees the wording, first name and city before it goes live.
Negative reviews run on the same terms as positive ones. Health remarks stay the buyer's own report, not our finding.
| Item | Shown on the card? |
|---|---|
| Order ID, email, phone | No, kept private |
| First name and city | Yes, with the buyer's OK |
| Pack size and day of use | Yes |
| Star score | Yes, as the buyer gave it |
The rules
Fake reviews are banned, and a happy customer story cannot stand in for science.
The FTC rule bans made-up, bought or AI-generated reviews and testimonials. Sellers can face civil penalties (FTC, Fake reviews rule).
A health claim needs competent and reliable scientific evidence. A stack of glowing stories does not meet that bar (FTC, Health claims).
Look for sudden bursts of reviews and check each reviewer's history. The agency adds that eyeballing a review rarely exposes a fake (FTC, Online reviews).
A review saying "my recall is back" is one person's report, not proof. See the benefits breakdown for the evidence.
Search results
Mostly people selling something. Search the brand plus "reviews" and marketing fills the top results.
We sorted the ranking titles by page type. We pass no judgment on any site; the table only shows what kind of page each one is.
| Page type | Typical title | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| PDF and form uploads | "Memo Honey Feedback", "MemoHoney Buyer", numbered 2/5 | Hosted on unrelated garden, school or form sites, with no author |
| Press releases | "MemoHoney Reviews 2026" plus a long subtitle | Paid wire copy, often with order links |
| Advertorials | "Scam or Legit? Read This First", "EXPOSED" | A dramatic headline, then a buy button |
| Rating sites | "Memohoney Reviews and Complaints" | Which web address is rated; several are other shops |
| Free site builders | "Independent Review, Updated 2026" | No company, no contact, a short life |
Several storefronts use the MemoHoney name, among them memohoneyy.com and memohoneyofficial.com. A complaint about one of them describes that shop's orders, not ours, and we cannot vouch for them. The buying guide lists what to compare before paying.
Sales page quotes
They belong to the seller, and we cannot check who wrote them.
The sales page shows three short stories with that label. We hold no order IDs for them and no way to reach the people. Copying them would turn the seller's marketing into our evidence.

Order nowSpot the fakes
Any one of these is reason to treat a review as advertising.
MemoHoney has no tie to Bill Gates, a TV doctor or any other celebrity.
The capsule holds no honey. A golden drink story is about some other product.
Words like "reversed" or "like new" go past anything a supplement may claim.
Countdowns and huge customer tallies are sales tools, not reviews.
No author, date, contact or company. Nobody answers for the words.
Real products collect mixed feedback. Dozens of five-star posts in one week is a pattern.
Complaint routes
Start with the phone desk for anything about an order. No other contact can see your purchase.
| Problem | Contact | Have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Charge, missing parcel, wrong pack | Order support, +1 (302) 200-3480 | Order ID and checkout email |
| Refund inside 60 days | Same number, then mail to 520 Madison Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022, USA | Order ID; you pay return postage, so use tracking |
| Written follow-up | [email protected] | Order ID in the subject line |
| A mistake on our site | [email protected] | The page address; this inbox cannot see orders |
| A reaction after taking it | Your doctor first; FDA MedWatch takes reports | The bottle and any lot code on its base |
| No answer from the seller | Your card issuer; the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov | Order email, dates, call notes |
Full steps are on the refund policy page. Before blaming a bottle, run the bottle check to confirm it is the same product.
Bought it?
By email, with your order ID. Short and specific beats long and general.
No discount, free bottle or gift card is offered for any review. A reward would make it unusable.
If your memory has changed fast or worries your family, see a doctor before writing to us. A supplement should never delay that visit (NCCIH, Supplements for cognition).
FAQ
Not on this site. No review has been tied to an order so far, so all six cards are empty. A blank card is more honest than an invented one.
No. We do not post on Reddit, upload PDFs or buy press releases about MemoHoney. Uploads titled "Feedback" or "Buyer" on unrelated websites come from other people, and we cannot say who.
Some cover other storefronts that use the same name; others are ad pages built around a dramatic headline. Check which web address a complaint is about before applying it to your order.
Your order ID, the order date, the pack you bought, what went wrong and what you want: a refund, a replacement or an answer. Give it to the order desk by phone first, then confirm by email so you have a record.
No. A matched review runs whether it is good or bad. We remove one only if the buyer asks, the order turns out to be someone else's, or it shows private data.
The Trustpilot pages we found rate other storefront addresses, not this shop. Their scores describe those shops' service, so we do not repeat them.
Yes. Mention the refund in your review. Buyers who sent bottles back often have the most useful notes on how the process went.
